About Me
Welcome to Little Fox Counselling! My name is Emma and I am passionate about providing a safe and supportive environment for individuals and couples seeking counselling. I have worked in the mental health space for 9+ years, working with a wide range of concerns, life changes and big feelings.
I am a bubbly, passionate person who appreciates in-depth conversations about life and sitting in the space of unknown or thought provoking conversations. I am honest, caring and humorous in my approach to counselling. I acknowledge the differences that our lived experience brings us and how these differences shapes our narratives.
I believe that sharing our stories with someone builds strength, helps process emotions and helps find ways to understand or cope with this crazy thing called life. I have experienced many life challenges that have made me feel overwhelmed, stressed and lost. I have leant skill to navigate the big feelings, alongside skill and knowledge learnt through studying and training.
In my counselling I use skills from DBT, ACT, Narrative, Solution Focused, Trauma Informed, and strength based.

I am mum to a busy little boy, two dogs and some chickens, I enjoy reading books, drinking tea, and camping with my partner and son.
